Coca crop biosecurity measures
Coca Wasi has special interest in organic production of coca. It has created model plantations in order to influence farmers around the Yungas.
Coca Wasi has invested in research of organic pesticides and biological pest control and created guides and techniques of organic harvesting, drying, transport and packaging coca production in order to obtain a hygienic product, free of biological contaminants and agrochemicals.
Coca wasi also plans to stimulate the production of organic food in general.
